Harry Paul Fulton Sr. of Niles passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 12:57 p.m. in his residence with his loving family by his side. He was 81.
Harry was born in Brownsville, PA on May 15, 1938, the son of the late James H. and Helen Botek Fulton.
Mr. Fulton proudly served our country in the United State Air Force from 1957 to his honorable discharge in 1960.
He attended Brownsville School System. Mr. Fulton was employed for 28 years at Packard Electric. When he began his employment, Harry worked as a quality control inspector and retired in the packing department in 1999.
Mr. Fulton was of Catholic faith. He was member and a former committeeman for IUE-CWA Local 717. Harry was an admirer of artwork and was known to have a very creative side himself. He also enjoyed listening to various types of music. He loved technology and was self-taught from the very beginning of personal calculators to the computers and tablets of today. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan. Earlier in life, Harry was active in bowling leagues and the Packard Golf Team. To Harry it was never about the number of friends he had, it was about the quality and connection he had with the people close to him.
Harry is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Gavala Fulton whom he married in 1958; 2 daughters, Sharon (Rick) Bullock of Niles and Kimberly (Jim) Tiernan of Niles; a son, Paul Fulton Jr. of Niles; a brother, Andrew Zinsmaster of Ambridge, PA; 7 grandchildren, Jason, Jamie, Keith, Samantha, Jordan, Alissa, and Erin; 4 great grandchildren, Samuel, Payton, Damian, and Jackson. He will also be greatly missed by his cat, Sydney.
In addition to his parents, Harry was also preceded in death by a daughter, Dana Rossi; a sister, Louella Eppley; a brother, David Zinsmaster.
At Harry’s request there will be no calling hours or funeral service.
