Aaron Darnell Blakely

Aaron Darnell Blakely of Warren passed away following a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 2:40 p.m. in the Hospice House. He was 50.

Aaron was born on July 23, 1969 in Warren, the son of Clarence W. and Gloria McKinney Blakely.

He was a 1987 graduate of Western Reserve High School. Following high school, Aaron furthered his education at Warren Business College and DeVry Technical Institute. He also attended cosmetology school.

Mr. Blakely loved music and dancing. Aaron loved to entertain others and make them laugh. He was very intelligent and loved working with technology. Most importantly he loved his family.

Aaron is survived by his mother, Gloria McKinney of Warren; and numerous cousins.

In addition to his father, Aaron was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Warren and Vivian McKinney; an uncle, Warren McKinney Jr.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. and calling hours will be one hour prior to the service in the York Avenue Church of God 872 York Ave. SW Warren, OH 44485 with Rev. Dr. Eric U. Brown Sr.

Internment will take place in Oakwood Cemetery.
