Belva D. Thompson

Belva D. Thompson, age 82, of Warren, died Monday, June 14, 2004, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital-Forum Health in Warren. She was born February 3, 1922 in Leavittsburg, the daughter of the late Walter Emerson and Lila Templeton Masters Thompson.

Miss Thompson was a graduate of Leavittsburg High School and worked as a secretary for the Trumbull County Board of Education. She belonged to Christ Episcopal Church, Recovery, Inc., and the Warren Music Club. She enjoyed volunteer work at the church, piano playing, reading, and embroidery.

Surviving Miss Thompson are a sister-in-law, Marguerite Thompson of Holmes Beach, Florida, and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding Miss Thompson in death are her parents and two brothers, Howard E. and Ivan C. Thompson.

Services for Miss Thompson will be 10:00 AM Saturday, June 19, 2004 in the chapel of Christ Episcopal Church, 2627 Atlantic St. N.E., Warren, Ohio 44483, with the Rev. Fr. Robert M. Lindberg officiating. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may call in the church library an hour before the service. Material contributions may be made to Christ Episcopal Church.
