Dorothy Jeanne (Wilson) Cox of Warren passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 4:30 a.m. She was 56.

She was born in Warren on February 27, 1963, the daughter of the late Robert D. Wilson Sr. and Mary J. Stanton Greer.

Dorothy was married to Leonard C. Cox Sr. for 35 years.

Dorothy loved her grandkids, spending time with them making memories together. She also enjoyed country music, experimenting with new colors to dye her hair, and shopping at thrift stores. She was a loyal Steelers fan. She collected knickknacks, especially involving eagles. She also loves wearing her pajama pants, her hard candy and snacks. She was a happy woman when she had her Pepsi and her smokes.

She is survived by her 3 daughters, her twins Lesa Cox and Lesha Cox, and Leshael Cox, all of Warren; a son Leonard C. Cox Jr. of Warren; a sister Loretta Flowers (Greer); 3 brothers, Robert D. Wilson, David E. Wilson, and John R. (Tammy) Greer, all of Warren; 12 grandchildren, Alex, Nisiah, Alecia, Jvaughn, Aleah, Jordan, Evan, Mackensie, Ja’Khi, Aden, Kamden, and Khyran; and several nieces and nephews as well as other family members and friends.

Dorothy was proceeded in death by her parents.
