Flora Blue Lazear

Flora Blue Lazear of Niles passed away on Friday, August 14, 2020 at 10:03 a.m. in Mercy Health St. Joseph Warren Hospital. She was 83.

Flora was born on May 25, 1937 in Warren, the daughter of the late James and Margaret Sedwick Pritchard.

She was of Methodist Faith.

She was a graduate of Niles McKinley High School and worked as a hairdresser.

Flora enjoyed cooking for her family. She loved to stay busy and was constantly working on her home, enjoying the remodeling and interior decorating process. Her greatest joy in life was her family. She loved being a mother and grandmother and adored her children and family.

She is survived by her 2 daughters, Kyle Ruman and her husband Anthony Sr. of Niles, and Dawn Beaver of Leetonia; a son John N. Blue Jr. and his wife Deb of The Woodlands, TX; 2 sisters, Jane Moore and Nancy Rose both of Niles; 5 grandchildren, Nichol Meehan, John Blue III, Anthony Ruman Jr., Paul Beaver, and Holly Beaver; 4 great grandchildren, James Meehan, Jr., Skye Blue, Abigael Blue, and Parker Blue; and her estranged husband, Laren O. Lazear.

In addition to her parents, Flora was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Margaret Ambrose and Gerry Evans; and her ex-husband, John N. Blue, Sr.
