Geraldine Ware

Geraldine Ware of Niles passed away on September 9, 2019 at 5:48 p.m. in Mercy Health  - St. Elizabeth Medical Center. She was 67.

Geraldine was born on January 5, 1952 in Trenton, NJ, the daughter of the late James and Melva Yost Dickey.

She attended New Jersey public school system. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. Geraldine was of Christian faith. Mrs. Ware would travel with her husband to different venues to watch him sing and loved kicking off her shoes and dancing to the music. She found enjoyment watching her favorite baseball team the Cleveland Indians and looking out the window at the birds in her neighborhood. Most importantly she loved and cherished her family.

Geraldine is survived by her husband of 23 years, Alan Cooper with whom she made a loving home together; 3 sons, David Ware and his fiancé Sherry Muir of Girard, Timmy Ware of Niles, and Anthony (Latonya) Ware of Warren; 5 daughters, Jeanette (Tony) Neer of Fredericksburg, VA, Tammy Ware of Girard, Cassandra Ware of Fredericksburg, VA, Angelic Ware of Niles, and Jenna (Dan) White of Champion; a brother, Roland (Sandy) Dickey of Howland; 17 grandchildren, Amber, Zac, Piah, Jesse, Emma, Syler, Nathaniel, Jonathon, Allison, Cheyenne, Sierra, Sheyenne, Anthony, Aubriee, Tyler, Cameron, & Gavin.

In addition to her parents, Geraldine was preceded in death by her first husband, David Ware Sr.; a daughter, Tabitha Ware; a brother, Raymond Dickey; a sister, Sandy Dickey.
