Jay C. VanNoy, 52, of Warren, beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at his residence, after a short illness.
He was born on July 3, 1968 in Warren and was a lifetime resident of the Niles-Warren area. He is the son of the late John A. VanNoy, and Virginia D. VanNoy of Howland.
Jay was a graduate of Niles-McKinley High School and was previously employed by the Tribune Chronicle and Flex-Strut. He was a strong supporter of local artists and musicians, as well as community libraries, theaters, and museums. He enjoyed reading, connecting with nature and he was an avid cyclist.
Jay is survived by a sister, Jen Simon of Boardman, brothers Jordan Baxter of Kinsman and John VanNoy II of Vienna, many nieces, nephews and friends. He will be greatly missed!
