Kathi A. Smeltzer of Hubbard, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 in her residence. She was 59.
Ms. Smeltzer was born in Salem, OH on November 14, 1958, the daughter of the late James and Alma Richie Grate.
Kathi was a loving homemaker. She had a kind heart and was always there to lend a helping hand to those in need. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
Kathi is survived by 4 children, Chris Milhoan of Youngstown, Carrie Weaver of Chicora, PA, Michelle Smeltzer of Youngstown, and Justin Smeltzer of Columbiana; a brother Mike Grate of Lisbon; 6 grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Kathi was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Grate; a sister, Dorine Valentine.
