Kenneth N. Shaw of Warren passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 4:35 a.m. in the Hospice House. He was 74.
Kenneth was born in Deming, NM on December 9, 1945, the son of the late Kenneth and Marilynn Sabo Shaw.
He was a 1964 graduate of Champion High School. Following high school, Ken proudly served our country in the United States Navy. After serving in the military, Ken furthered his education with his undergraduate work at Kent State University and earning his law degree from Akron University School of Law.
Mr. Shaw owned and operated his own private practice, Kenneth Shaw Attorney at Law for over 30 years in Howland.
Ken was of Christian faith and a follower of Jesus Christ. Ken tried to approach everyday with the thought of trying to be a blessing to others. He enjoyed watching many different sports and always cheered on the various Ohio home teams when they played. Ken enjoyed reading, from history to current events and he particularly enjoyed reading the bible. Earlier in life he enjoyed physical activity, especially a good game of tennis. Ken was passionate in his political beliefs and valued his conservative viewpoints. Most importantly he cherished his family, the time they spent together and the memories they made.
He is survived by 7 children, Ken Shaw of San Jose, CA, Keith Shaw of Florida, Benjamin (Rachael) Shaw of Orlando, FL, Timothy Shaw of Atlanta, GA, Jonathan Shaw of Columbus, OH, Matthew Shaw of Canfield, OH, and Brittany (Tim) Cameneti of Columbus, OH; 2 sisters, Laurie Beach of Newton Falls, OH and JoAnn (Dale) Peace of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; 2 brothers, Richard (Donna) Shaw of Champion, and James (Beverlene) Shaw of Clermont, FL; 6 grandchildren, Gia, Ethan, Ryan, Lexi, Maverick, and Crew; his ex-wife and friend of 30 years Doris Shaw.
In addition to his parents, Ken was preceded in death by a sister Kathy Croft.

A Funeral Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 29, 2020 in the funeral home with Rev. Bill Carter.
