Linda S. Emler

Niles - Linda S. Emler, 61, passed away peacefully at her home in Niles, OH Wednesday June 26, 2024. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She was born February 3, 1963, in West Virginia, the daughter of Elmer and Emily Varner.

Linda attended Niles McKinley H.S. and went on to receive her associate’s degree in cosmetology. She was employed by Comprehensive Logistics for many years where she worked as a heavy machinery operator before retiring in 2020.

She loved spending time with family and friends and neighbors, her weekly book club, sewing, and hanging out with all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was with her greatest love; her husband Robert Emler for 40 years.

She is survived by her mother Emily; husband Robert; daughters Brandy (Donny), Jennifer (Jacob), and Jeralee; and son Robert (Teanna); grandchildren Curstin, Sheldon, Benjamin (Paigelyn), Kendell, Faith, Jordan, Carter, Kimber, Serenity, Charity, Trinity, Alexandria, Adelynn and Estella; and great grandchildren Cayden, Wyatt, Ariyu, Kenna, Elena, Campbell, Elias, Lincoln, Ace, Asher, and Gannon; as well as her siblings Emily, Deborah, Cathy, Elmer and Steve.

Linda was preceded in death by her father Elmer and son Joshua Scott.

The love of her family was everything to her and she will be greatly missed.

There will be calling hours on Tuesday, July 9th from 10:00 am to 11:00 am and a service will follow at 11:00 am in the Wm Nicholas Funeral Home, 614 Warren Ave, Niles OH.
