Lois J Emrich

Lois J. Emrich, 88, passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Brierfield Manor in Austintown, Ohio. She was born May 14, 1930 in Warren, and was the daughter of the late Donald and Mary (Williams) Gutheil.

Lois married the late Robert J. Emrich on May 15, 1976 in Warren where they lived and  worked for many years. She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church of Warren most of her life, and retired from Second National Bank after 39 years of service. She was active in the Warren community and volunteered for the Red Cross and was a past member of the First United Methodist Church of Warren.

Memories of  Lois will be carried on by her good friend Jill Weisse of Warren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister and brother-in-law; Betty and Frank Holod.

Lois’ visitation to receive friends will be on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon with the funeral service to follow at 12:00 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 140 Cherry Avenue, NW, Warren with the committal service will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery with Pastor Eugene Koene officiating.

It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Emmanuel Lutheran Church, of Warren, Ohio 44485.
