She was born on Friday, October 15, 1926, in , Meigs Co.,OH the daughter of Dallas Heiney (Deceased) and Charlotte (Chowdrey) Heiney (Deceased).

Mrs. Garrison was a Postal Clerk for 35 years for the U.S. Post Office in Leavittsburg, and she married Milton (Ernie) Ernest Garrison on 06/06/1948, who preceded her in death December 15, 1985.

She leaves her children Mary (Jim) Smith, Charlotte Garrison, John Garrison, all of Warren, James (Loretta) Garrison of Florida, Eddie (Holly) Garrison of Virginia. Brothers & sisters are Albert Heiney of Toledo, Ohio and Alice Sherman of California, Elza Heiney (Deceased), Emmett Heiney (Deceased), Everett Heiney (Deceased), Freddie Heiney (Deceased), Arthur Heiney (Deceased), Clarence Heiney (Deceased), Robert Heiney (Deceased), Daisey Carter (Deceased). Grand children are Frankie and Connie Smith, Shianne Copeland, John and Alexander Garrison all of Warren; Michael, Kathryn, and Julia Garrison of Florida, Amanda and Andrew Garrison of Virginia.

Visitation will be at THE MCFARLAND AND SON FUNERAL HOME on Friday, September 5, 2003 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Services will be held at THE MCFARLAND AND SON FUNERAL HOME, 271 N. Park Ave., Warren, Ohio 44481 on Saturday, September 6, 2003 at 10:00 AM. The Rev. Richard Hamm will be officiating, with interment at Pineview Memorial Park following. Services performed under the direction of THE MCFARLAND AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Warren Ohio.
