Mildred E Atkins

Mildred E. Atkins, age 79, died Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Trumbull Hospital. She was born on September 18, 1938 in York, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Raymond and Eugenia Waelde Schewell.
Mildred was employed by Warren City Schools as a cafeteria worker at Warren Western Reserve and Jefferson Schools. She was a member of First United Church of Christ, Warren as well as Northwood Golf Club, Champion, OH.
Memories of Mildred will be carried on by son, Todd (Kathy) Klinedinst of Wilmington, NC, daughter Kathy Atkins Eckert, sister, Carol Schewell of York, PA and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Howard E. Atkins, sons, Scott Klinedinst and James Atkins.
The family will receive friends Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at McFarland & Son Funeral Home, Warren. Services will be held immediately following the calling hours with Pastor Gerald Gammon officiating.
