Richard Thomas Pugh passed into eternal rest on August 10, 2020 at home surrounded by his family after a long battle with COPD and Alpha 1 antitrypsin deficiency.
He was born on May 29, 1947 son of the late William and Hazel “Eleanor” Pugh. He was a 1965 graduate of Hubbard High School. Richard worked for General Motors, where he was a foreman before retiring in 2006.

He also leaves behind brothers and sisters William "Bill" ( Donna) Pugh of Hubbard, Bob (Lucy) Pugh of Spotvania, VA, Joan (Bert) Protheroe of Hubbard, Beverly (Jim) of Sebring, FL, Judy (Bob) Shelley of Hubbard, Patti (Tom) Bell of Hubbard, Terri (Ron) Young of Hubbard, Jackie (Bill) Dewell of New Waterford, Brother in Laws Jim (Maureen) Robbins of Mineral Ridge, John (Joanne) Robbins of New Hudson, MI, and Fred Roth of Hubbard; his mother in law, Theresa Robbins of Niles; and many nieces and nephews.
