Ruth M Kuszmaul

Ruth M Kuszmaul, 86, passed away on Thursday July 19, 2018 with her loving family at her side. She was born on July 15, 1932 in Warren, the daughter of the late Steve and Mary (Potohnak) Tombor. She married Arthur E Kuszmaul on June 16, 1951.

Ruth was a graduate of Warren Harding High School. She was a homemaker and a long-time member of St. Williams church. She taught CCD classes and was an eucharistic minister. Ruth’s greatest joy was family, friends, and the many gatherings they had over the years. She enjoyed flowers and feeding the birds in her backyard. The family wants to thank Jen Fortney who formed a loving friendship with Ruth while caring for her over the past year.

Memories will be carried on by her loving children: Gary Kuszmaul of Howland; Karen (Richard) Daugherty of Champion; Mark (Rebecca) Kuszmaul of Warren; Scott (Patricia) Kuszmaul of Sandia Park, NM; Diane Shively of Champion; 13 grandchildren: Ethan and Kayla Kuszmaul; Kari Snyder; Beth Ritchey; Adam and Sarah Kuszmaul; Shane Kuszmaul; Kyleen Mirelez; Mekenzie Allen; Harrison and Maura Kuszmaul; Preston and Megan Shively; 13 great grandchildren. Sisters: Helen Cipolla of WI; Dorothy (Robert) Scheitrumpf of Warren. Brother: Steve Tombor of Champion. Sister in law: Angela Tombor of Champion.

Joined now in heaven are her parents; husband Arthur E Kuszmaul, who passed away March 27, 2007; brother William Tombor; and sister MaryAnn Zandarski.

The family will receive friends on Saturday July 28, 2018 from 9:00 am to 10:45 am at St. Williams Catholic Church, 5431 Mahoning Ave. N.W., Warren, OH 44483. A Mass Service will follow at 11:00 am with Fr. Michael Balash officiating.
