Shelva Tursack

Shelva Tursack of Niles passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at 6:50 p.m. in Trumbull Regional Medical Center. She was 79 years old.

Shelva was born in Marlinton, WV on April 5, 1941, the daughter of the late Stirl and Juanita Botts Terry.

She was a graduate of the former Cortland High School. Mrs. Tursack was a loving homemaker, wife, and mother.

Mrs. Tursack enjoyed working on crossword puzzles, scratch off lottery tickets, and various television shows such as Chicago Fire, America’s Got Talent, and The Voice. Shelva enjoyed caring for her cats and most importantly she cherished spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by 4 sons, Shawn (Mary) Tursack, Vincent (Debbie) Tursack, Troy Tursack, and Kelly Tursack all of Niles; a sister, Sharon Terry of Niles; 6 grandchildren, Anna, Tim, Theresa, Jacob, Mike, and Emily; 9 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Shelva was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Tursack; 3 brothers, Bob and Bill Terry, and Joe Wilson; a sister, Sandra Wilson.
