Bert A. Ruble

Bert Allen Ruble of Warren passed away at 7:05 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 in his residence. He was 69 years old.

Bert was born on July 6, 1951 in Warren, the son of the late Harold “Bill” and June Libert Ruble.

He was a 1969 graduate of Howland High School. Following high school, Bert proudly served our country in the United States Air Force. He was stationed in Germany during most of his time in the armed services.

Mr. Ruble retired from Thomas Steel where he began his career in the maintenance-electrician department and retired from the assembly line.

Bert loved spending time outdoors enjoying nature. Most importantly he cherished spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by 2 sons, Jason A. Ruble of Johnson, OH and Jeremy M. Ruble of Warren; 2 sisters, Carol (Mike) Cerny and Linda Hunter; a brother, Terry (Linda) Ruble; 8 grandchildren; his longtime companion Mary McCarty.

In addition to his parents, Bert was preceded in death by a brother, Leonard Ruble.
