Jane Marie Jackson

Jane Marie Jackson of Warren passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 6:32 p.m. in her residence. She was 61 years old.

Jane was born in Cheverly, MD on March 12, 1960, the daughter of the late John W. and Virginia Proctor.

Following high school graduation, Jane earned her certification as a phlebotomist and medical assistant. She was employed at Washington Hospital Center.

Ms. Jackson was of Baptist Faith. She had a special place in her heart for animals especially dogs and cats. Jane’s true passion was helping others especially her friends and neighbors. She always made time to instill good moral values and cared for her nieces and nephew deeply. She liked her jewelry and perfumes and would even mix her perfumes to make her own special smells. Ms. Jackson took the time to appreciate flowers and all the vibrant colors. You could find Jane on the couch watching her favorite movie Dark Shadows. Jane loved music especially 50’s and 60’s music. Ms. Jackson was full of love and laughter, always making people smile. In her spare time, she was known to be very lucky at the slot machines.

She is survived by her lifelong companion, Nathaniel Randolph; 5 siblings, Joyce Perry, Robert Proctor, Jeff Hopkins, David Proctor, and Lisa Proctor; 2 nieces, Crystal and Maggie; 1 nephew, Ashaan.

In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Odigie; a nephew, Julian.

A funeral service will be held today, Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. in the Wm Nicholas Funeral Home & Cremation Services 614 Warren Ave. Niles, OH 44446. Calling hours will be one hour prior to the service.
