Janet S. Fultz

Janet S. Fultz of Lordstown passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. in Concord Care Center of Cortland under hospice care. She was 78.

Janet was born in Olive Hill, KY on November 8, 1940, the daughter of the late Fred and Minnie Carpenter Bowling.

She attended Olive Hill School Systems. Mrs. Fultz was a manager for A & W Root Beer Drive-In on Youngstown Rd. in Warren for many years.

Mrs. Fultz was of Protestant faith. She looked forward to attending church with her friends on Sunday, baking for friends and neighbors, and she loved helping others. Most importantly she cherished her family especially her children and grandchildren.

Janet is survived by her loving husband Clinton Fultz, whom she married May 31, 1966; a daughter, Sherri (Vincent) Curto of Lordstown; a son Christopher (Linda) Fultz of Cortland; a sister, Betty Owens; a brother, George Bowling; 3 grandchildren, Kate Fultz of Cortland, Zachary Curto of Lordstown and Alex Long of Newton Falls.

In addition to her parents, Janet is preceded in death by a sister Lois Keresztesy; 4 brothers, Ted, Earl, James, and Charles Bowling.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

Inurnment will take place in Lordstown Cemetery.
