Jeffery L. Osborne of Norfolk, VA passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at 5:53 p.m. in Youngstown, OH. He was 37.

Jeffery was born on February 9, 1983 in Norfolk, VA, the son of Karen L. Osborne.

Mr. Osborne worked for Charlie Tree Company. He was a loving father and cherished the time he spent with his daughter’s.

He is survived by his 2 daughters, Deanna L. Fairbanks and Amberly K. Fairbanks; the mother of his children, Deidra Fairbanks; a brother, Deonte S. Osborne; his uncle, Michael Osborne; his aunts, Tara Johnson, Rita Callahan, Wanda Hyde, Letrelle Hall, and Gwendolyn Osborne; and numerous cousins.

Jeffery was preceded in death by his mother, Karen L. Osborne and his grandmother, Janice E. Osborne
