Mary Anne Rostan

Mary Anne Rostan of Largo, FL, formerly of Warren, passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2021, in Seasons Hospice at Oak Manor, Largo, FL. She was 75 years old.

Mary Anne was born in Warren on August 2, 1945, the daughter of the late James H. and Sarah L. Davis Cupples.

Following high school, Mary Anne furthered her education at St. Elizabeth’s Nursing School, where she obtained her certification as a registered nurse. She went on to earn a bachelor’s degree of Science in Business Administration and Management at St. Joseph’s College in Windham, Maine.

She was the executive director for Ashtabula County Community Action Agency and a financial advisor for VALIC.

Ms. Rostan was a childhood member of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church. She loved to stay informed with current events and passionate in her conversations about the daily news. She followed through with her dream of living near the ocean, having her feet in the sand, and watching the waves crash into the beach.

She is survived by a son, Terrence “Butch” Rostan, and his wife Teresa of Clearwater, FL; a daughter, Maureen Domery, and her husband Michael of Highwood, IL; a granddaughter, Molly Domery of Gainesville, FL; a grandson, Marc Domery of Plattsburgh, NY.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, in St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church 232 Seneca St. Warren, OH 44481. Calling hours will be a half-hour prior to mass in the church.

Interment will take place in All Souls Cemetery.
