Patti Carnes

Patti Carnes of Warren passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 8:45 a.m. at her daughter’s residence. She was 63.

Patti was born on September 12, 1956 in Youngstown, the daughter of the late John and Lucille Scheetz Byrne.

She worked as a driver for the Amish Community for many years.

Patti enjoyed spending time in her garden and cooking. She was extremely hard working and would spend hours cleaning. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Rick John Carnes, whom she married in 1985; 2 daughters, Corinna Carnes and Cortney Carnes, both of Warren; a sister, Marilyn (Ken) McNeish of Florida; a brother, Don Byrne of Leavittsburg; 2 grandchildren, Kenzie Carnes and Kadance Yoder; a great grandchild, Kaydoe Carnes; and Jayden and Landon Jones who lived with the family for a number of years and were considered grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Carnes was preceded in death by 2 grandchildren, Kobin Kline-Carnes and Kajanga Kline-Carnes.
