Randy L Baltes

Warren OH- Randy L Baltes, age 50, passed away peacefully on Friday March 1st, 2019. He was born November 16, 1968 in Warren to Arthur F. and Kathy Black Baltes. He was a 1986 graduate of LaBrae high school and furthered his education at Kent State - Trumbull campus.

He married Michele Blackburn on September 28, 1992 in Newton Falls and together raised their daughter Ashley in the Leavittsburg area. Randy was the director of maintenance for Community Bus Services.

Randy truly lived life to the fullest and enjoyed anything mechanical, fishing with his father, billiards, camping, cooking, riding his Harley and spending many hours with his nieces, nephews and great nephews. He was known among friends and family as "Mr. Fix It" - he could fix almost anything. Randy loved to build custom Hot Rods and shared the honor of having a Hot Rod he and his brother built together on display at the Luxor Casino in Las Vegas, NV during the Beach Boys concert.

Surviving are his parents Arthur F. And Kathy Black Baltes of Warren; his loving wife Michele; his daughter Ashley (Corey) Dlouhy of Brunswick; his sister Katherine Baltes of Warren; his brother Arthur A. Baltes of North Port, FL; his wife's parents Don and Karen Moretti of Hubbard; countless beloved nieces, nephews, great nephews and friends.
