Robert "Bob" Brown

Robert “Bob” Brown of Warren passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 1:12 a.m. in Mercy Health St. Joseph Warren Hospital. He was 71 years old.

Robert was born in Warren on March 16, 1949, the son of William and Rose Coons Brown.

He was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. Bob retired following 33 years of employment at the General Motors Lordstown Plant, where he worked in the van plant and later on the assembly line.

In his spare time, Bob enjoyed doing auto body painting and repair at his home. He had a passion for muscle cars and collecting various items from garage sales and auctions. His family will always cherish the memories they have of spending time at Geneva on the Lake together. Later in life, Bob’s love for his four-legged companions, his Labradors kept him company.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Arnold Brown, whom he married November 29, 1969; his mother Rose Brown; 4 children, Trisha Brown, Cheryl Pachner, Jeff Brown, and Chad Brown; a sister, Cathy Brown-Berry; 2 brothers, David and Bill Brown; 3 grandchildren, Stephen, MacKenzie, and Conner; a great grandchild, Lydia; and a close companion, Ruth Springer.

Bob was preceded in death by his father.
